All sound and crystal therapy sessions take place in a private sacred space within my home. A very personal and intimate set up allowing a closer connection between myself as the space holder, the vibrations of sound, and you. I offer one on one sound-baths as well as group sound baths. In a group setting (max of 3 participants due to space) this private home studio allows a deeper connection and creative environment for community.
I am an animal lover!!! My furry friends will not be joining in our session, but if you have an allergy to cats or dogs, contact me and we can further discuss me coming to you or other options.

SOLO SOUND BATH ~$60~ [[Add Crystal Therapy for $15]]
A personal one on one session customized to your energy, imbalances, and intentions for the sound bath. Relax and let go as you bathe in the sounds and vibrations of tuned chimes and Gongs. The vibrations break up and free energetic blocks on all levels, physical, mental, and emotional.
Option to add crystal therapy. Crystals will be placed on and around the body for aligning and balancing chakras or whatever intentions you have.
Before we begin the sound-bath I will test your chakras for any imbalances or blockages to further help in choosing which sounds and other modalities to incorporate.
SOUND BATH LASTS ABOUT AN HOUR. EXTRA TIME ALLOTTED FOR CONSULTATION BEFOREHAND.
CRYSTAL THERAPY & SOUND HEALING ~$50~
Enjoy an hour long session of crystal therapy and sound healing with tuning forks. We will balance the energy throughout the body and chakras with an intuitive choice of crystals laid out and around the body based on your intentions and current chakra energies. Specific frequencies will be played with the tuning forks based on your intentions for the session.
Before we begin the sound-bath I will test your chakras for any imbalances or blockages to further help in choosing which crystals and frequencies to incorporate.
SESSION LASTS ABOUT AN HOUR. EXTRA TIME ALLOTTED FOR CONSULTATION BEFOREHAND.
GROUP SOUND BATH ~$80-$120~

Bring a friend and relax and bathe in the vibrations and sound of the gongs and chimes. Together we will create a group intention and allow the healing frequencies to work their magic.
This sound bath is different as the solo. Chakras will not be tested beforehand since we are working as a group. The intention for the session will be what brings on the energies needed to shift. Great for a girlfriends self love day or a birthday.
SOUND BATH LASTS ABOUT AN HOUR. EXTRA TIME ALLOTTED FOR THE CONSULTATION IN THE BEGINNING.
EFT SESSION ~$50~
Learn Emotional Freedom Technique! Learn how to release old thought patterns and help anxious thoughts by tapping certain meridian points.
You will leave being able to practice on you own after one session. A very simple technique to learn for everyone. You will also receive handouts on the technique to look back at for a reminder.
Emotional freedom technique works on the physical, mental, and emotional level. Most physical pain is also connected to something emotional. by tapping and clearing the energy in that meridian line we are able to free the emotion along with pain that is connected to it.
SESSION IS AN HOUR LONG.
