I want to explain the Law of Attraction for those who are new to it or just don’t understand how it works.
First of all, whether you believe in The Law of Attraction or not it is always at work. Is one out of many other Universal Laws. Whatever you are thinking, believing, discussing and focusing on that is what you are sending out into the universe. And that is what you will be receiving. Even your unconscious thoughts.Β It’s like your life is the restaurant and everything you think, believe, and focus is the menu you are ordering off of. The Universe hears that order and then serves it to you.

Why are my unconsious thoughts being manifested?
Our unconscious thoughts are products of our beliefs that we have created over time. If we have a deep belief that we are unworthy of love, then we will attract situations and relationships that confirm that thought. This is where I think some people get stuck when starting or practicing this Law of Attraction.
A lot of people will think “Okay if i just think positive thoughts then everything will get better and my life will get better and that’s the power of the Law of Attraction.” True you do want to move towards feeling that way, but if we have some beliefs that are no longer serving us that we haven’t healed, then it is going to be hard to manifest the things we want in that part of our life when deep down we don’t believe it to be true.

It isn’t all about positivity. We have to do the shadow work in order to heal certain areas of our life we aren’t accelerating in. We can then believe the new positive story we are creating for ourselves and attract more of that positivity into our life. This may seem like you are going back wards, but you are not. This isn’t a linear journey. Once you know where that negative belief is coming from and know that it no longer serves you, you can accept it and move on.
Describing the alignment Process
Think of you as yourself in your physical body on this earth. Now picture a bigger invisible YOU that is with you at all times, that bigger YOU is already everything you want to be. They are who you are meant to be… your higher self, the YOU, that is the best version of you. That higher self YOU is living the life you want to live and has everything you aspire to have.
When ever you think a thought of something you want… the Universe responds. It hears your message and your higher self is now living that. Your higher self is everything you want to be, so your goal is to align with that higher self. And we do that by feeling good.
Any thought whether it be positive or negative, the Universe hears it and sends it back to you. When you think a negative thought and the Universe responds and then you get that negative result and you don’t like it… you feel bad. That bad feeling of being unhappy or sad or mad is a sign to you that you are not aligned with your higher self. You are not being the best version of yourself that you already know you want to be.
But when you think a positive thought and send it out into the Universe it responds back with that positive result. You then feel good. You are happy and joyful. Those positive emotions and feelings are signs that you are aligning with your higher self. You are moving towards the best version of you.
Knowing this we can recognize our emotions as a tool for us to use to align with our higher self. If you are feeling good about something then you are moving towards alignment, and if you are feeling good you will attract more feeling good.
However, if you are feeling bad then you are moving away from alignment of your higher self. You then can use those bad feelings as a tool and think “Okay, I am not feeling good right now that must mean this is not for me. This is not in my best interest. I do not like this. How can I change my thoughts or my situation to be in alignment and to feel good again?”

Having a bad feeling is a signal from your higher self saying “HEY! if you want to be hanging out with me living the life you want…
STOP THINKING THAT THOUGHT
STOP HANGING OUT WITH THAT PERSON
THAT’S A RED FLAG, DON’T IGNORE IT
THIS PATTERN IS NO LONGER WORKING FOR YOU
YOU WERE NOT MEANT TO BE IN THIS JOB
YOU FEEL STUCK? THEN CHANGE SOMETHING”
Our feelings are our own littler personal guidance system through life and everyone has it. Obviously there is a biological explanation to these different feelings as well . When events occur that make us happy and joyful the endorphins dopamine, seratonin, and oxytocin are released to confirm that and we know we are safe and in ALIGNMENT.Β
But when we are sad or feel fear the feel good chemicals are reduced and other chemicals are released to put us in fight or flight that make us react so that we can feel safe again. Those feelings let you know that you are not in alignment with your higher self. A lot of the time this is our ego playing out old patterns in order to make us feel safe.
This is where the unconscious beliefs I was talking about earlier brings up old stories we tell ourselves in order to feel safe. Those stories worked for us as children and kept us safe at that time when we may not have had someone such as a parent to go to, but they are holding us back from growth now.
We need to change our beliefs that are holding us back and start telling a different story of our life. The story that we want to live. Not the old story where we were a victim of life and everything bad was happening to us.
If you know what you don't want, then you know what you do want
Yes, it is impossible to feel good all the time. We are going to have our bad days. Those bad days are there to help us learn and realize what we do want. If we did not experience the negative and have that contrast, then we would not know the opposite of it, which is the positive and the”what we do want.”
Here is an example: I’m having a bad week at work. I do not like the work i’m doing at this companyΒ where I sit inside all day. It is so boring.
So these bad feelings let you know you are not in alignment with your higher self and this type of work is not something you want to be doing. Now that you know that you dont want this type of work… what is it that you do want? If you know what you don’t want then you know what you do.
Well I want a job that is active and lets me be more hands on. That would bring me more joy.
Now instead of dreading and FOCUSING on what you don’t like about your job. You are going to start focusing on what you do want. You are switching your thoughts and now going to visualize and think about you working this new different type of job. When you think about the type of work you want to be doing it will spark feelings of joy. And when you are feeling good and thinking the thoughts you want you are sending that vibe out into the universe and now the universe is going to send it back to you.
Now that you have been dreaming about the new job you want there is suddenly a new position at work that opens up. It is to travel for the company and do fieldwork!
If you ask and feel good while thinking about it, then you will receive.

If you are thinking about something you want from a place of lack, you will continue to have the lack of it
If you are thinking of something you do want, but are feeling bad while thinking about it as in feeling sad because you don’t have it yet. Then you are thinking about it from a place of lack. You are thinking about wanting to have it, but at the same time thinking that you do not have it. The universe is going to keep sending back that exact situation of you remaining to want it but not have it. Because that is what you are putting out there. I want it but I don’t have it… Universe hears okay, she wants it but doesn’t have it.. I’ll let her keep wanting it and not having it. But when the universe hears I want this and I feel good about it, then you get it. You are not thinking about not having it when you feel good. Because you would not feel good if you were thinking about not having it.
This is hard to comprehend sometimes. It is also harder for us to switch our thoughts to having something and feeling good and believing it before it has already happened. If this is difficult for you to visualize and imagine that something is already coming to you because you put it out into the universe, then sometimes it is easier just to switch our thoughts to something completely different that DOES make us feel good at the time so that we get away from the negative thoughts about what we do not have already.
The way I think about it is… If I want it, then the Universe has heard. That means my higher self is already living that life that I want. That means that if my higher self is living that life it must be possible for me as well. Because we are meant to feel joy in this life and if I am not feeling joy because I do not have what I want, then I am not in alignment with my higher self. So it must be possible to have that which I want. So I believe it must happen.
Negative thoughts and living the same patterns are habits. Habits are hard to break sometimes, but we have to start training our selves out of that. Be mindful of your thoughts and you will start to vibrate out of the negative ones and into the positive ones so that you can align to the best version of your self!

I do meditate a lot so that own little peacefull bubble giving me a lot…. Even though it’s good or bad situation still I have hope that everything is happening for a good and I never been able to doubt my self and doubt my life… That thought won’t change… I’m experiencing law of attraction and I do love this law and my life… This article is so so useful to me and I have copied all the phrases in this.
