All sales are final, and I do not accept returns or provide refunds. Jewelry is delicate and should be properly cared for to maintain its integrity and longevity. If an item you've purchased from me requires repair, I will happily assist with fixing it. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and depending on the issue, additional small charges may apply for replacements or repairs.
